As part of its plans to empower and advance the microfinance sector in Sudan, the Microfinance Unit held a workshop under the auspices of the United Nations Development Program at the Salam Rotana Hotel, with the aim of presenting its proposed strategic plan for the years 2021-2025. The workshop hosted a number of general managers of microfinance institutions working in the country, and a group of people interested in developing microfinance in Sudan.
